Digital Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Expert to join our team at THE MARCOM ENGINE. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to help our clients improve their digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with cross-functional teams to understand web analytics requests and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to build reports.
- Create dashboards, workspaces, and ad-hoc reports to showcase current trends and progress rates against established goals and lead generation activities.
- Monitor, identify, and analyze key KPIs and trends to provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience and site engagement rates.
- Advise and support clients through expertise in web and digital analytics.
- Perform ad-hoc data extracts and analysis.
- 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Analytics administration, dashboard insights, and analytics workspace.
- Good knowledge of marketing channel processing rules and ability to set up calculated metrics and segmentation inside Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-centric approach with a genuine sense of ownership.
- Deep passion, perseverance, and grit coupled with an inquisitive, always-learning nature.
- Business fluency in English and German.
- Knowledge of information security and information security awareness.
