Job Title: Web Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global web analytics strategies to drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global web analytics strategies to analyze traffic, track campaigns, and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and adjust web analytics processes across multiple countries and digital platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss business and user requirements, ensuring that analytics solutions meet their needs
  • Implement improvements in Adobe Analytics in collaboration with external agencies to enhance data insights and reporting capabilities
  • Utilize top-tier web analytics tools and dashboards to monitor, report, and optimize web performance, empowering digital marketers to make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate digital marketers on data layer configuration, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools

Your Qualifications

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in web analytics and data layer configuration, with a track record of delivering successful analytics projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics, as well as familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of KPIs, reports, and dashboards, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Sharp analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday)
  • Business fluent in English
