About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Expert to join our team at THE MARCOM ENGINE. As a Contentsquare Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing best-in-class services to our clients and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to clients in using Contentsquare to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Contentsquare features and capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Design and deliver insightful UX analysis reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present to business stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics
  • Excellent knowledge of Contentsquare and its features
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Business fluency in English, German
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
