Digital Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Expert to join our team at THE MARCOM ENGINE. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools and technologies, and recommend new solutions to improve our analytics capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of analytics insights and recommendations.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, with a strong background in Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
