**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Application Management team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the efficient management of software applications, IT systems, and platforms. Your tasks will include:
- Providing transparent information flow and ideal conditions for your team's success
- Engaging in day-to-day operations as a sparring partner for your team and clients
- Acting as a mediator between customers and IT, enabling direct solutions, error analysis, and escalation to 3rd level support
- Supporting your team in overcoming obstacles and facilitating cross-functional solutions
- Contributing ideas for enhancing support quality and reflecting on them with your departmental management
**Requirements**
- Completion of an IT-related apprenticeship or equivalent knowledge
- Proven experience in Application Support
- Previous leadership experience in projects or teams
- Ability to integrate within your team and foster an interactive, self-organized culture
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to categorize and prioritize service requests
- Maintaining high standards in communication, especially in challenging situations
