Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Offshore Engineering department. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 12 employees and providing disciplinary and professional leadership to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of the team based on departmental goals and take responsibility for the technical development of the team.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase team capabilities, standardize and harmonize processes and approaches across the project portfolio.
  • Create resource plans for the team, considering current and future offshore projects, and continuously develop these plans.
  • Develop employees according to individual capabilities and career plans as well as business and project needs.
  • Constantly exchange with other team leads and management of the organizational unit.
  • Support employees in their project work and provide active troubleshooting if necessary.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable field of study.
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of responsibility.
  • Broad and good understanding of various components and systems of control technology, automation technology, information technology, IT/OT security and communication systems.
  • Good communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness in German and English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high pace of work and still maintain an overview.
