Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Team Lead to join our Digital Marketing - B2B Team in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with complex customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Develop concepts and tactics for personal branding, lead research, and personal outreach to support client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Consult and implement presales measures and processes to enable efficient communication.
- Define target groups and lead research and enrichment projects for clients, ensuring efficient tools and processes.
- Manage and execute online events, resulting in lead generation, increased engagement, and brand awareness.
- Scout and test new sales automation and digital marketing tools to optimize work processes and results.
- Lead a high-performing team of consultants in Lead Research & Outreach and Social Content, ensuring growth and recruitment of top talents.
- Take care of new client acquisition and service offerings.
- Continuously improve department performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing actionable improvement initiatives.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation by managing the budget and driving cost-effective results.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
- First experience in leading teams and building team structures for client work.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to enter new markets by defining and implementing the department's direction.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability through innovative marketing strategies and/or identifying new business opportunities.
- Ability to align different stakeholders' perspectives to collaboratively deliver the best possible customer solutions.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, structured, and technical understanding.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level) as our company language is English.
- Interesting insights into various companies from traditional German and international brands to online pure players.
