Position Overview
We are in search of a Co-Founder who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, possesses a strong passion for logistics, and is committed to establishing a sustainable and thriving enterprise. The ideal candidate will have the courage to dissect, analyze, and comprehend challenges, coupled with the ambition and resilience to create something enduring. We welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences; thus, specific stereotypes are not a requirement. Experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, or managing business units is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage fully with the dynamic and unpredictable nature of building a startup.
- Collaborate transparently with decision-makers and experts throughout the company-building journey.
- Access our investment managers for guidance, support, and constructive feedback from an investor's viewpoint.
- Work alongside the investment team to explore industry hypotheses and engage with functional experts.
- Participate in critical activities such as early validation, user research, and conducting interviews.
- Contribute to the ideation process, including creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), securing funding, and recruiting top talent.
Your Qualifications
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics and the implementation of logistics automation/digitalization.
- Unique insights into the logistics sector, potentially gained through significant industry experience in consulting or roles within established logistics firms, which will provide a competitive edge to your venture.
- Proven track record in a senior operational capacity within a rapidly growing startup or scale-up, with a focus on logistics and/or procurement.
- Determination to overcome challenges and persist through obstacles.
- Comfort in a flexible, fast-paced, and uncertain environment.
- An intrinsic motivation and drive that inspires others to join you on this journey.
