Project A Ventures is a leading venture capital firm that backs early-stage companies in Europe's digital technology space. We provide our ventures with capital and an extensive network, as well as operational expertise and support. Our unique organisational structure features over 100 operational experts who offer hands-on support in areas such as Tech, Marketing, Product, Design, Communications, Data, Sales, and Recruiting.

About the Job

We're seeking a Co-Founder with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for logistics. The ideal candidate will have the courage to take apart, analyse, and understand complex systems, and the ambition and resilience to build a successful company. Experience in building companies, consulting, and managing business units is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be fully involved in the chaos and uncertainty of building a company
  • Collaborate with decision makers and experts throughout the company building process
  • Have constant access to our investment managers for support, guidance, and honest feedback
  • Spar with the investment team for industry hypotheses and engage in exchanges with functional experts
  • Engage in important steps such as early validation, user research, and conducting interviews
  • Be involved in the ideation process: creating a MVP, raising a funding round, and hiring top talent
Your Profile
  • Experience in and a deep knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics and logistics automation/digitalisation implementations
  • A unique insight in Logistics through substantial industry expertise or consulting experience
  • A strong track record in a senior operational role within a fast-growing startup or scale-up, with a prior focus on logistics and/or procurement
  • Perseverance to overcome obstacles and a comfortable working in a dynamic, uncertain, and volatile environment
  • Intrinsic motivation and an inner drive to succeed
