Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join us as a Senior Account Executive for the Financial Institutions in the Property Sector (m/f/d) at one of our German offices.

This role is situated within our global Places division. Collaborating with clients worldwide, we design, advocate for, and refine intelligent, secure, and sustainable environments where individuals thrive—be it in residential complexes, retail spaces, workplaces, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, or logistics centers. The quality of life for individuals and communities is profoundly influenced by how their living, working, and recreational spaces are crafted and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients in the Property & Investment sector concerning their asset management and sustainable initiatives.
  • Provide independent and expert consultancy to our clients in the Financial Institutions & Commercial Developers sector on multifaceted challenges.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing international clients while expanding business opportunities both in Germany and internationally.
  • Concentrate on the development of digital solutions, engaging relevant national and international teams to propel customer-centric digital innovations.
  • Facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives for our clients, leveraging extensive experience across various asset categories.
  • Drive the acquisition of new projects and foster follow-up opportunities for current clients in the Property & Investment sector.
  • Deliver proactive support and guidance to clients while establishing new strategic partnerships with our key international clients.
  • Design and execute pertinent projects in collaboration with project management teams across departments.
  • Oversee ongoing projects to ensure quality assurance and effective project/program management.
  • Collaborate internationally with clients, colleagues, and relevant contacts from Arcadis's global units.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A completed degree in a technical or business discipline (Bachelor's or Master's) with a focus on sustainability.
  • Significant experience in service acquisition and sales, particularly in consultancy.
  • A robust network within the Property & Investment sector.
  • Consulting experience addressing sustainability challenges for international clients in the Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Investment, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
  • A strong emphasis on innovation management and the creation of new consulting methodologies to effectively support our international clientele.
  • Familiarity with project management standards in Germany and an understanding of international regulations and practices.
  • Strong analytical abilities, quick comprehension, and a commitment to high performance.
  • Attributes such as goal-oriented work ethic, independence, teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer focus.
  • A collaborative team player with a keen understanding of complex relationships and structures.
  • A solid technical and commercial acumen, coupled with creativity in developing tailored solutions for clients.
