Offshore Supervisor

The Vestas Service Offshore organization is responsible for the operation and maintenance of offshore windfarms in Northern and Central Europe. As an Offshore Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines.

You will be part of a new team for the He Dreiht wind farm, consisting of x V- MW turbines with a total capacity of MW, located in the German North Sea.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service operations on site
  • Prepare daily reports
  • Create service work orders in ERP (SAP)
  • Plan annual service and maintenance
  • Maintain Shadow Data
  • Ensure implementation of upgrades
  • Support the SOV Shift Leader and Service Manager
  • Document works internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Electrical degree from a technical school/college/university
  • Profound experience in similar position
  • Several years of professional experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems, preferably offshore and/or with high voltage
  • Professional wind turbine or similar experience
  • Willing to travel to other sites when required
  • Good English and German skills in reading / writing, basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Full driving license
