The Vestas Service Offshore organization is committed to delivering high-quality services to our customers, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team.
As an Offshore Service Technician, you will work in a team of 3 or 4 technicians at the offshore wind farm, managed daily by the Site Supervisor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out maintenance, repair, and replacement activities of turbine components
- Maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
- Supervision of maintenance and installation activities
- Participation in recurring work-related training
- Working time and material registration
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications include:
- Completed training as an electrician, electrician, or mechatronics engineer (EFK)
- Preferably, you have worked in the wind and/or offshore industry
- Profound knowledge of medium or high voltage systems
- Good English and German skills, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Competencies include:
- You are highly safety-minded and comfortable working offshore and at heights
- Good problem-solving skills and a curiosity towards constantly improving the quality of our services and our work methods
- Motivated by being part of a high-performing team that puts pride into delivering high standards to the benefits of our customers
