Als Implementation Manager bei JustOn GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Implementierung von Geschäftsmodellen und Prozessen in unseren Kundenunternehmen. Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende Prozesse, um sie an die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden anzupassen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Anforderungsanalyse mit unseren Kunden
  • Strukturierte Begleitung der Implementierung von Geschäftsmodellen und Prozessen
  • Prüfung, Aufbereitung und Unterstützung beim Import von Kundendaten
  • Beratung von Interessenten, Neu- und Bestandskunden in den Bereichen Billing & Invoicing Management
  • Durchführen von Business-Prozess-Analysen und Kunden-Workshops
  • Zertifizierter Salesforce-Experte werden
Unsere Erwartung
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung und der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen und technischen Themen
  • Erste Erfahrungen als Projektmanager sowie in der Implementierung von Softwareanwendungen
  • Problemlösungskompetenz, Verhandlungs- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
