About the Role
ZEISS Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA deployment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT activities, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with global factory coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT activities of multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within one hub.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for IT-related activities in deployment projects and monitor technical project deliverables.
- Plan and ensure IT resource availability and coordinate the work of project teams, collaborating with different stakeholders across locations.
- Align with global factory coordinators, organize data migration, testing, and cutover for associated deployment projects.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve IT-related issues and risks associated with deployment projects.
- Prepare project reporting on progress, milestone status, issues, and meeting time, budget, and content targets.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Project Management, with responsibility in planning, management, implementation, and successful transition to operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams of technical project resources.
- Ability to create and/or review configuration and technical specifications.
- Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications, PMP, SCRUM.
- High degree of initiative, excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams.
- Business fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel.
