Als Implementation Manager bei JustOn GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Implementierung von Geschäftsmodellen und die Optimierung von Prozessen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und ihre Ziele zu erreichen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Anforderungsanalyse mit unseren Kunden
  • Strukturierte Begleitung der JustOn-Implementierung in eigenen Projekten
  • Prüfung, Aufbereitung und Unterstützung beim Import von Kundendaten
  • Beratung von Interessenten, Neu- und Bestandskunden in den Bereichen Billing & Invoicing Management
  • Durchführen von Business-Prozess-Analysen und Kunden-Workshops
  • Zertifizierter Salesforce-Experte werden
Unsere Erwartung
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung und der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen und technischen Themen
  • Erste Erfahrungen als Projektmanager sowie in der Implementierung von Softwareanwendungen
  • Problemlösungskompetenz, Verhandlungs- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
