Air Traffic Control Sales Expert

- Drive sales activities to deliver order intake targets in collaboration with Regional Sales Units.
- Develop strategic sales plans for key markets and target accounts.
- Capture and close deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support from bid managers, Product Manager, and engineering.
- Understand customers' commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities with support from Solutions Consultants.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, local partners, and other key stakeholders in the aviation community.
- Maintain up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and report to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
- Travel worldwide (30%) for business purposes.
- Degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing & Sales.
- 3 years of experience in complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense, or public infrastructure.
- Outstanding customer relationship skills.
- Demonstrated track record as a negotiator and deal closer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations.
- Proficient knowledge of the global ATM and surveillance market.
