**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and plan group-wide activities to obtain and maintain approval as a design and production organisation in the field of Air Traffic Management (ATM) in accordance with Regulation EU 2023/1769.
- Support and advise process teams in adapting their processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide group-wide advice and support for operational product areas in setting up and maintaining compliance programmes.
- Act as a point of contact (PoC) for EASA, customers, and national supervisory authorities.
**Requirements**
- University degree in the natural sciences/technical field or comparable many years of professional experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience and very good knowledge of quality management or project management.
- Good knowledge in the application of project management methods.
- Experience with company and product certifications, ideally experience with processes for approval as a development and manufacturing company in the aviation sector (preferably ground systems).
- Good knowledge of process design and the development and maintenance of management systems desirable.
- Willingness to travel
