Job Summary:
Fraser Dove International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Global Regulatory Compliance for a leading pharmaceutical organization. As a key member of the company's leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring global regulatory compliance and driving operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance of all medicinal products and medical devices with applicable guidelines, regulations, and approved authorizations.
- Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance global CMC compliance and drive continuous improvement across all quality processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a global team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including feedback capabilities to motivate and develop a diverse, global team.
- Cultural Competence: A global and service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of cultural diversity.
- Project Management: The ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Experience in continuous improvement and process excellence, with a focus on driving efficiency gains.
- Education and Experience: University degree, preferably in Pharmacy, with several years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, and/or Regulatory Affairs in pharmaceutical companies.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
