**Location:** Remote (with occasional travel)

**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Head of IT Compliance to lead our SAP transformation initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of our SAP system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP transformation initiative, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across the organization.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage and oversee the SAP operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and projects are completed on schedule.
  • Lead efforts for continual improvement to raise the efficacy and efficiency of SAP program delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our SAP system remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP implementation and compliance.
  • Proven track record of leading successful SAP transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI, and/or ITIL).
  • German and/or any other European language skills.
  • Background as a SAP Consultant in SAP SD/MM or FI/CO.
