- Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systeme mit Schwerpunkt für das Mastersystem SAP HCM Gehaltsabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft Deutschland

- Steuerung der Test- und Qualitätssicherung mit Qualitätssicherungssystem Jira mit lokaler und globaler Ausrichtung bis hin zur finalen Freigabe gegenüber der IT für Änderungen und Neuimplementierungen in den HR-Systemen
- Betreuung und Verantwortung für lokale und globale Projekte
- Unterstützung des global HR Data Domain Managements (z.B. Datenlöschung, Datenqualitätssicherungsmaßnahme definieren, Zugriffrechtesteuerung etc.) unter Einhaltung von regulatorischen und datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im HR-Umfeld
- Tiefgreifende Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen, insbesondere SAP HCM oder SuccessFactors
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Produkten (insbesondere Excel) und hohe IT-Affinität
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an analytischer und systematischer Denkweise in Kombination mit Kommunikationsstärke
