About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at getquin. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our marketing and growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This will include identifying target audiences, creating engaging content, and leveraging various marketing channels to reach our customers.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Based on your analysis, you will make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategy and ensure we are meeting our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned marketing strategy. This will include collaborating on marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Technical Skills: You have a strong technical foundation and are familiar with current growth marketing tools and channels.
  • Analytical Skills: You have excellent analytical skills and are data-oriented, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
