Sirius Music Communications GmbH is a Berlin-based Music Tech startup that aims to make music education accessible to everyone worldwide. We have developed a video conferencing system for musicians, tailored for 1-on-1 online music lessons. Key Responsibilities- Build Acquisition Roadmaps: Work with the Marketing and Product team to set the groundwork by owning and implementing the strategy and scaled levers for consumer growth, including product-led growth initiatives, optimizing, and testing approach, focusing on scale and ROI.
- Performance Marketing: Own the Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Meta channels, managing end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. Drive growth by creating high-impact ad strategies, analyzing performance data, and implementing best practices to maximize ROI.
- Early Lifecycle Experience: Obsess about improving the experience of our newly onboarded audience cohorts and the retention of our customers. Design and scale our processes across the entire lifecycle, focusing on early retention strategies.
- Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Forecast and set OKRs, design & evaluate A/B tests and monitor key metrics. Investigate the root causes of changes in performance metrics and provide strategic guidance to various stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Work data-driven and base your decisions on consumer insights. Analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, traffic trends, and other SEO metrics. Based on data analysis, identify patterns, trends, and opportunities and develop data-driven hypotheses to test them through experimentation.
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a competitive growth environment (B2C + subscription model) in roles in Growth Marketing Analytics or any of the following domains: Business Analytics/Marketing Analytics/Product Analytics
- Advanced knowledge of SQL with the ability to leverage daily for query creation and building dashboards is a plus
- Advanced technical knowledge and ability to set up campaigns incl. pixel tracking across domains and reports e.g. in Looker Studio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus with senior stakeholders
- Fluency in German is a plus
