Flow Control Systems Expert

Flowserve SIHI Germany GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Engineer Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong business relationship with customers, working closely with sales engineers, external and intercompany suppliers, technical solutions, and commercial operations engineers to meet on-time delivery commitments for pump repairs, upgrades, and spare parts.

Your Key Responsibilities:- Process customer quotes, orders, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare cost estimates and offers independently
- Determine customer requirements and deliverables
- Monitor delivery times and dates
- Order materials and services from intercompany and external suppliers
- Organize transportation of machines to the service center
- Post-process and translate repair finding reports
- Support project preparation and execution for pump repairs and upgrades
- Find technical information and solutions to specific problems
- Provide customer advice and support in German and English
- Conduct technical and commercial customer visits
- Technical studies (Bachelor or Master) or mechanical engineering technician (Techniker Maschinenbau), Bachelor Professional of Technical Management (Technischer Fachwirt oder Betriebswirt)
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Good computer skills in common MS Office applications
- Strong and friendly communication and team skills
- Independent and reliable worker
- Affinity for both technical and commercial areas
- Willingness to perform and adapt to changing requirements
