Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Clerk to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of organizational processes, including the accurate and timely entry of orders and modifications.
Your Responsibilities
As a General Clerk, your key tasks will include:
- Engaging in effective communication with suppliers
- Placing orders for valve components in accordance with SAP protocols and demand
- Reviewing and processing incoming products
- Allocating valve components to specific orders and storage locations
- Preparing and dispatching outgoing shipments
- Coordinating and managing transport logistics, including direct shipments
- Creating, tracking, and maintaining the documentation history for valves
- Proactively monitoring delivery timelines, including expediting when necessary
- Overseeing the management of the vehicle pool, including scheduling workshop appointments
- Creating and modifying accounts receivable
- Assisting with organizational tasks related to QRC as mutually agreed
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
- Desirable proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- A strong affinity for both technical and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
