Administrative Support Specialist

Role Summary:
We are in search of a proficient General Clerk Operations to ensure seamless organizational workflows and the accurate and timely processing of orders and modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in communication with suppliers
- Placing orders for valve components in accordance with SAP protocols and market demand
- Assessing and recording incoming products
- Allocating valve components to specific orders and storage areas
- Preparing and dispatching outgoing products
- Coordinating, preparing, and managing transport logistics, including direct shipments
- Creating, monitoring, maintaining, and updating valve documentation history
- Proactively tracking internal and external delivery timelines, including expediting processes
- Managing the vehicle pool organization (e.g., scheduling workshop appointments)
- Creating and modifying accounts receivable
- Assisting with organizational tasks related to QRC as mutually agreed
Candidate Profile:
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
- Desirable proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Strong affinity for both technical and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
