Global Mobility Services Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Services Manager to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Global Mobility Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on all aspects of global mobility, including tax, immigration, and relocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on global mobility matters, including tax, immigration, and relocation.
- Develop and implement global mobility strategies and solutions for clients, taking into account their specific business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, immigration, and relocation experts, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in global mobility laws and regulations, and advise clients on how to navigate these changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth strategies for the Global Mobility Services team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global mobility, tax, or a related field.
- Proven track record of providing expert advice and guidance to clients on global mobility matters.
- Strong understanding of global mobility laws and regulations, including tax, immigration, and relocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
