About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Advisor to join our Global Mobility Services team at KPMG. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for advising national and international clients on all aspects of income tax from the employer's perspective in a national and international context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on income tax matters, including handling income tax audits and ensuring compliance with tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities to resolve issues and ensure correct income tax treatment.
  • Prepare correction letters and assist clients in rectification processes.
  • Review and optimize processes to ensure compliance with tax requirements.
  • Provide conceptual support on employee benefits and compensation optimization from a tax perspective.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Finance or a well-completed business or legal studies.
  • Several years of experience in a tax department of an internationally operating industry or consulting company in the field of income tax.
  • Strong initiative, analytical skills, communication skills, flexibility, and thoroughness.
  • Ability to explain complex issues comprehensibly and tailored to the audience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and familiarity with IDEA.
  • Fluent in English.
