About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Specialist Global Mobility Compensation to join our team at BASF Services Europe GmbH. As a key member of our Global Business Services department, you will play a critical role in supporting our divisions with specialized services tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and consult with stakeholders on transfer compensation topics, ensuring a high level of customer orientation and service quality.
  • Develop and optimize transferee compensation concepts, driving continuous improvement and change management.
  • Define and implement technical requirements into work processes, collaborating with external vendors and IT tools.
  • Lead the annual merit increase and bonus round for regional mobility centers, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Participate in projects with business units and stakeholders to drive transfer compensation initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Several years of HR experience, preferably in mobility and/or compensation & benefits.
  • Proven track record of optimizing internal processes and structures, with a focus on service quality improvement.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with German a plus.
  • Successful project management experience.
