A Day in the Life

As a Global Mobility Controller, each day presents new challenges and opportunities. You will start by prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely payments and purchase orders are processed efficiently. As a liaison between business and accounting, you will address queries and provide solutions, leveraging your expertise in controlling and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as HR Interface for Business and Accounting regarding Global Mobility Cost Allocation topics
  • Manage quality in reporting, ensuring strict compliance with corporate guidelines and standards
  • Ensure end-to-end processing of all related costs
  • Support cost controlling of our Service Contracts for GMM Service Provider
  • Commercially review and approve third-party invoices
  • Support various Global Mobility Projects
  • Handle orders in ARIBA

Requirements

  • Vocational training in a commercial field or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of work experience, preferably in accounting and/or controlling
  • Knowledge of SAP Modules PS, FI, CO
  • Knowledge of Global Mobility Management Processes, preferably Cost Allocation processes is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
