Marketing Performance and Governance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Performance and Governance Manager to join our team at Hyundai Motor Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and preparing data on marketing performance across our markets.
Your primary objective will be to develop high-quality executive reports on marketing performance, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations on a monthly basis. You will work closely with our Marketing Director and other stakeholders to ensure that our marketing activities are aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of marketing performance metrics and KPIs across HME and the EU markets.
- Design and implement a process for efficient workflows and data analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to establish marketing performance targets and KPIs, and govern the implementation of defined action plans.
- Evaluate and select marketing technologies and tools to enhance performance tracking and analysis.
- Develop and orchestrate countermeasures and activities to improve performance in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in marketing analytics and governance. Your skills and qualifications should include:
- A degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
- Broad experience across various marketing disciplines and multi-market management.
- Advanced analytical abilities, strong project management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
