About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Performance and Governance Manager to join our team at Hyundai Motor Europe. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality executive reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data across HME and EU markets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to establish marketing performance targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Govern the implementation of defined action plans across Hyundai Motor Europe and EU markets, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Evaluate and select marketing technologies and tools to enhance performance tracking and analysis.
About You
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a comparable position, with a strong background in marketing analytics and governance.
  • Advanced analytical abilities, strong project management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent, with a proven track record in strategic planning and analytical methodologies.
