Job Title: Brand & Performance Marketing Director

Stott and May is seeking a highly skilled Brand & Performance Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the European market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement media campaigns that inspire and engage our consumer audiences through best-in-class digital execution.
  • Lead the development of short- and long-term strategies for end-to-end campaigns across markets, from strategy and planning to activation and optimization.
  • Manage campaign budgets and drive innovation with media agencies, suppliers, and key media partners.
  • Drive the digital test and learn agenda, identifying critical initiatives and test plans that have potential for high-scale impact against key business metrics.
  • Support the Global Head of Marketing in the annual marketing planning process, ensuring seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze and review existing strategies, media plans, and tactics to continuously improve performance and drive media effectiveness.
  • Oversee and coordinate influencer marketing activation as part of campaign programs.
  • Lead and develop a direct team, building a highly capable and engaged team.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in media, with a strong background in both performance and brand building.
  • Proven skills in media strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies, and media partners.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of taking existing teams to the next level and building high-performing structures and capabilities.
  • A hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, with the drive to shape and build.
  • Understanding of the latest tech and digital trends, with the ability to translate them into actionable ideas.
