**Drive Digital Transformation in Energy German GT Fleet**

As a key member of the Uniper team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within the Energy German GT Fleet. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the fleet in group-wide digitalization projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with corporate goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the Energy German GT Fleet, aligning with Uniper's overall digitalization objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for digital innovation and optimize business processes.
  • Support the adoption of digital solutions across all relevant GT sites, ensuring effective change management and employee engagement.
  • Coach and train employees on new digital tools and methods, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Represent the Energy German GT Fleet in digitalization projects, contributing to the development of corporate digitalization strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT and OT/asset operation community, to ensure successful digitalization initiatives.
  • Drive cultural change by introducing new ways of working, promoting agile frameworks, and encouraging innovative thinking.
  • Support the development of digital competency, particularly among product owners, to ensure a strong digital foundation for the fleet.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in digital transformation, project management, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and digital innovation is highly desirable.
