Regional Digital Transformation Lead for Energy German GT Fleet

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within Uniper's German GT Fleet. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the fleet in group-wide digitalization projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our corporate digitalization strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a digital transformation vision for the German GT Fleet, aligning with Uniper's overall digital strategy.
- Support the adoption of existing digital solutions across all relevant GT sites, ensuring effective change management and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with GT Fleet teams to identify areas for digital solutions, converting digital ideas into actionable plans that drive business value.
- Align target setting (Plant Improvement Plants, site Big Rocks) to ensure all sites are involved and duplication is avoided.
- Find solutions for time conflicts between digital product development and outage management, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Coach central GT Fleet colleagues and sites to develop their own transformation solutions, training employees on new tools and methods.
- Support IT and OT/asset operation community to 'grow' together, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Encourage innovative thinking and digital ideation, analyzing technical processes to derive digital optimization potential.
- Actively support and coordinate digitalization initiatives, representing the German GT Fleet in digitalization projects within Uniper.
- Create awareness of digital opportunities available in the COODE Program portfolio, facilitating contact with the COODE delivery team and exchanging best practices.
- Build internal and cross-company networks, participating actively in relevant communities to scout innovative digital trends and new business models.
- Drive cultural change by introducing New Ways of Working, promoting a share culture, agile working frameworks, and training employees on new digital tools and methods.
- Support digital competency development, especially the development of product owners.
- Organize internal communication of digitalization projects and activities.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in digital innovation, project management, and leadership. Your profile should include:
- Practical work experience in relevant functions and business areas, such as Power Station Operations & Maintenance.
- Proven project management experience, including coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Self-motivation and passion for digital innovation, with a high degree of personal responsibility, initiative, creativity, and willingness to change and innovate.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire employees to digital ways of working.
- Highly respected, trusted, and dynamic 'people person' with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Good understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their fields of application.
- Good technical understanding of Plant operations.
- Fluent in English and German.
