Job Title: Business Development Manager - Spanish Market Expansion

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Scalable Capital. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping our team execute strategies and drive the company's growth in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the Spanish market.
  • Project Management: Execute projects to rapidly scale our business in the Spanish market, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
  • Partner Management: Manage relationships with partners and influencers to drive our brand awareness and expand our reach in the Spanish market.
  • Product Development: Support efforts in introducing new products and services to the Spanish market.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate in creating local language websites, apps, and marketing initiatives to promote our brand in the Spanish market.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging video content for social media to bolster brand visibility in new markets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate, analyze, and report KPIs to senior management to ensure the success of our business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Strong Academic Record: A strong academic record in Business, Marketing, Finance, Legal, or related fields, with prior experience.
  • Passion for Digital Products: A passion for digital products and an interest in financial markets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to simplify complex issues and communicate effectively.
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Language Skills: Fully proficient in Spanish and English, with additional languages beneficial.
