Community Engagement Specialist

At Fnatic, we're seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Activation Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for cultivating a strong sense of belonging among our fans, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute community-building strategies to engage our fans and increase brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate community activations across various marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the execution of in-person events and activations in Berlin, including meetups, watch parties, and other community-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with game developers, tournament organizers, and other industry partners to create new opportunities for fan engagement.
- Manage and grow our Fnatic Network, a community of grassroots ambassadors who help promote our brand and values.
- Analyze fan engagement metrics and provide insights to inform future community-building strategies.
- Develop and implement product allocation strategies for Fnatic Network members.
- Communicate key updates and announcements to our community members and social media channels.
- Drive sign-ups and adoption of Fnatic ID across all marketing activations.
- Refine in-app content and communications to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion among our fans.
- Entry-level marketing experience in a consumer-focused brand environment.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
- Passion for community building and digital products.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and ability to adapt quickly.
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and regulations.
- Understanding of youth culture and trends in media consumption.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
