Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Sandbox Interactive GmbH. As a key member of our Community Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong, engaged community around our game, Albion Online.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to increase community growth and retention
- Manage and moderate our community platforms, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all players
- Collaborate with our QA, Support, and Content Management teams to ensure timely and effective communication with the community
- Plan and execute in-game events and activities to engage the community and promote player retention
- Work closely with our developers to gather and incorporate community feedback into the game
- Manage a team of volunteers to support community engagement efforts
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Previous experience in Community Management, preferably in the gaming industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Deep knowledge of MMORPGs and their communities
