About the Role
This full-time role is situated in Berlin and reports directly to the Senior Community Manager. The Community Engagement Specialist plays a vital role within our team, serving as the heart and soul of each location. In this position, you will contribute to the company's growth while supporting the community and operations team, ensuring a thriving environment.
Your Daily Responsibilities at Mindspace
As the Community Engagement Specialist, you will manage all front desk operations and assist with various office and community management tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all members and guests within the Mindspace community.
- Overseeing front desk operations during business hours.
- Coordinating maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment.
- Organizing office operations and procedures.
- Collaborating on community initiatives with Community Managers and actively participating in these efforts.
- Resolving member-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Assisting with building operations, maintenance, and the upkeep of Mindspace facilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or project management.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in English and German, both verbal and written.

- Able to multitask and communicate effectively with diverse members, stakeholders, and departments.
