Community Engagement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Activation Executive to join our team at Fnatic. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for cultivating a strong sense of belonging among our fans, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive fan growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community activations across marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate the execution of in-person events and activations in Berlin, including meetups and watch parties
  • Build and maintain relationships with game developers and tournament organizers to create new opportunities for fan engagement
  • Manage and analyze fan data to inform community development and activation strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fans' needs and preferences to inform community development and activation strategies
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate community-specific activations across all marketing beats
  • Monitor and report on community engagement metrics to inform future activations and strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a consumer-facing brand
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful community engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform community development and activation strategies
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
