Job Title: Project Manager Operations Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Operations Lead to join our team at Grohe AG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects and coordinating global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead strategic projects in the operations area, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Global Coordination: Coordinate global initiatives involving our affiliate LIXIL International Operations in Asia, Europe, IMEA, and America.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, productivity, and feasibility analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Manufacturing Strategy: Identify, develop, evaluate, and implement manufacturing/supply footprint strategies to strengthen our position in the industry.
  • Business Case Development: Define and calculate business cases to support project proposals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a sparring partner for the LIXIL International Operations senior management team to discuss problems and structure solutions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular ad-hoc reports, presentations, and meetings to discuss solutions on board level.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in business administration or (industrial) engineering or comparable degree.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a major consultancy in the operations area, and overall work experience of at least 3 years.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a very international environment, broad operations knowledge, and structured personality with ability to communicate on all hierarchical levels.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.
