Job Summary

We're seeking a strategic and creative employee communications expert to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our People Experience team, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing internal communications strategies that drive business results.

As a trusted advisor to executives and internal clients, you'll be responsible for building and managing employee communications plans that support our EMEA region. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement effective communication initiatives that engage and inspire our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute employee communications strategies that support our EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement effective communication initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with executives and internal clients to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and industry to inform internal communications strategies.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in internal communications, with a focus on employee engagement and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective internal communications strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and communication channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
