Backend Operations Team Lead

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and execution of work tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Monitor machine utilization to optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure plant availability and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Assign and coordinate work tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in production as required, leveraging technical expertise to drive process improvements.
  • Manage employee performance, including planning, selection, instruction, and evaluation of tasks and results.
  • Facilitate the flow of information across teams and departments.
  • Conduct employee appraisals and develop strategies for employee growth and development.
  • Plan and implement training and further education measures to enhance team capabilities.

    Your Ideal Profile:

    • Technical and leadership expertise, with a strong understanding of production systems.
    • Hands-on approach, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to assertively drive results.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with a strong understanding of occupational health and safety protocols.
    • Fluency in German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
