**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Strategic Technical Partnership Lead to support our new engagements. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions. Your expertise in data engineering, system architecture, cloud architecture, software engineering, or data science will enable us to tackle complex business challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with clients to identify and decompose their problems using data engineering techniques.
  • Maintaining high-quality relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Advising clients on technical solutions and explaining trade-offs.
  • Implementing solutions in collaboration with our engineering team.
  • Presenting work to stakeholders and top management.
  • Helping scope and draft proposals for new engagements.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of delivering data solutions in production environments.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of work experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
  • Experience working with clients to understand, decompose, and solve their problems.
  • Expertise in one or more areas: data engineering, data warehousing, system architecture, cloud architecture, software engineering, or data science.
  • Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, C++, C#, or Scala.
  • Prior experience leading teams.
  • Familiarity with agile environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English and German is a must.
