Job Title: Program Management Coordinator

Amazon's Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance (RISC) team is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in protecting customers, associates, and partners from unsafe products, providing technical expertise, and delivering a world-class programmatic strategy to enable safe, compliant, and efficient execution across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define strategies and own the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely progress against key milestones.
  • Leverage data analysis skills, critical thinking, and collaboration to clarify complex problems and present actionable solutions to leadership teams.
  • Partner closely with Tech, Product, and Science teams to integrate novel tech and science solutions within the program.
  • Develop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across WW teams.
  • Communicate clearly, precisely, and regularly with key stakeholders, including leadership, on ongoing project/program updates.
  • Create and monitor business metrics reporting to track compliance and process effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
  • Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management disciplines.
  • Track record of managing medium to high complexity cross-functional programs in an international setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience implementing lean/Six Sigma to drive process improvements.
  • Experience working with Product teams on scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at problem-solving.
  • Designs customer-centric processes, experience with root cause analysis.
