Internal Communications Strategist

As an Internal Communications Specialist at Freudenberg, you will develop and execute internal communications strategies that engage and inform our employees. Your goal is to create a clear and consistent internal communication that aligns with our company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute internal communications strategies, including messaging, channels, and formats.
- Create and deliver internal communications content, such as newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
- Train our organization on the effective use of communication tools.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a clear and consistent internal communication.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and provide improvement recommendations.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant internal communication.
- Promote employee engagement, positive company culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through communications and events.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, advertising, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in compelling content creation and delivery across various platforms.
- Strong project and change management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience in training and communicating best practices, including digital content development, SEO, PR, and social media.
- Fluency in German and English, with cultural sensitivity and Microsoft 365 skills.
