Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies that align with our company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communications strategies, including messaging, channels, and formats, to engage and inform employees across the organization.
- Create and deliver high-quality internal communications content, such as newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations, to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Train employees on the effective use of communication tools and ensure a clear and consistent internal communication.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure internal communications are aligned with company goals and values.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant internal communications.
- Promote employee engagement, positive company culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through communications and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in creating compelling content for various platforms.
- Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in training and communicating best practices, including digital content development, SEO, PR, and social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and cultural sensitivity, with fluency in German and English.
