Marketing & Business Development Manager - Strategy, BD & Campaigns (Commercial, Competition and Trade)

We are a leading global law firm with a strong presence in Germany, offering a unique growth opportunity for our commercial and tax practices. Our lawyers work with household names, helping them navigate dynamic regulations and working on large, multi-jurisdictional projects.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing and business development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Practice Group Marketing and other stakeholders to drive forward and develop the marketing of our German commercial and tax practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the German business and legal market, with the ability to interpret legal and client-specific issues to devise effective and winning approaches. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives, including strategic events, thought leadership, marketing communications, and business development activities
- Ability to prioritize the right activities that deliver value to our business
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the German business and legal market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
