Marketing & Business Development Manager - Strategy, BD & Campaigns (Commercial, Competition and Trade)

We are a leading global law practice with over 70 offices across more than 30 countries worldwide. Our diverse team of experts provides legal advice to clients across various sectors, including Company Commercial, Employment, Labour & Pensions, Litigation and Dispute Management, and Real Estate.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving forward and developing the marketing of our German commercial and tax practices, working closely with the Head of Practice Group Marketing and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and business development initiatives to enhance the profile of our commercial and tax practices.
- Collaborate with lawyers, partners, and other stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.
- Manage the development of client-specific pitch materials and sales collateral.
- Organize events, including global conferences, to showcase our expertise and build relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide business intelligence on key competitors and marketplace trends to inform our marketing and business development strategies.
- Work closely with our global marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all regions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a professional services firm with international offices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in German and English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
