About the Job

This position is focused on bringing Picnic's employer brand to the next level, specifically targeting the German market. You'll create memorable candidate experiences by working in sync with our international Recruitment team.

Your tasks will include creating brand awareness, writing engaging content, and improving candidates' journeys through excellent project management. The variety of tasks ensures no day is the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify what makes Picnic attractive to candidates and develop an employer branding strategy based on these insights.
  • Collaborate with the People team to establish guidelines for candidate communication.
  • Take ownership of employer branding-related written communication, including LinkedIn posts, text for videos or animations, blog posts, and more.
  • Manage the entire job posting process from creation to alignment on external platforms.
  • Monitor content performance across all employer branding channels.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to measure and improve initiatives.
About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or employer branding.
  • Fluent English and German skills for editing texts.
  • A self-starter mindset and willingness to take ownership.
  • Strong project management skills and adaptability to ad-hoc projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in employer branding and content creation.
  • Familiarity with inclusive language and attracting diverse audiences.
  • Creativity and ability to bring unconventional ideas to the table.
