About the Role

As an Employer Branding Specialist in our Recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Picnic's employer brand to the next level, focusing on the German market. Your creative skills and project management expertise will enable you to craft memorable candidate experiences.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop an employer branding strategy centered around identifying what makes Picnic attractive to candidates.
  • Collaborate with the People team to establish guidelines for candidate communication.
  • Create or co-create all employer branding-related written content, including LinkedIn posts, video scripts, blog articles, and more.
  • Take ownership of the job posting process from creation to publication across external platforms.
  • Monitor content performance on employer branding channels.
  • Ensure a data-driven approach to measuring and improving initiatives.
About You

We're seeking a motivated individual with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Communications, Event Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in employer branding or event planning.
  • Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to edit texts for social media.
  • A self-starter mindset, ready to take ownership and adapt to ad-hoc projects.
  • Strong project management skills and creativity to bring innovative ideas.
